Crystal Renn was born in Florida in 1986 and is 5'9''. She always wanted to be a model and has been just about every body size since she started modeling at age 14. At first in fact she was told she had to lose about a third of her body weight in order to become a model; however, after suffering from anorexia and gaining over thirty kilos, her agents decided to market her as a plus-size model instead. This allowed her to hit the catwalk for incredibly famous brands such as Chanel and Jean Paul Gaultier.
