HCR has a myriad of services namely; assisted living facilities, skilled nursing, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, home health care agencies, hospice, and skilled nursing. The facility gives care to over 156,000 residents and has more than 275 nursing and rehab centers. HCR also has over 50 Alzheimer's and dementia centers.
